Hotel Projects

Hora Ras Hotel and Arbaminch Resort Hotel projects are among a few of the projecs that are under detail design works. Hora Ras Hotel in Debrezeit town, some 42 kms from Addis Ababa, was acquired in 1996 through privatization process, while Arba Minch Resort Hotel Project is a new undertaking.

Both Hotel Projects are located along the southern corridor of tourism area and are to be built and organized to reflect the cultural heritages of the people in the surrounding areas, the natural resources in the game parks and to provide first-class and comprehensive services to the satisfaction of both foreign tourists and local vacationers. These projects are managed by the Hotels Development Department of MIDROC Ethiopia in Addis Ababa.
